Tweed seat covers are made from a poly-cotton blend and comes in five no-nonsense plain colors. It is made with a 3/8 " foam backing for added comfort, looks and durability. Tweed fabric is part of the textured woolens family of fabrics. These fabrics are usually woven in a combination of two or more colors or a combination of two or more of the same color. The origin of these tweed fabrics that we use in our custom car seat covers is tied to the Tweed River, which flows along the border between England and Scotland.
